NOTES ON PRICES
Prices are for the property per week in GBP (£). Discounts available for long winter lets (3 months plus) from £600 + utilities per week. Weekend Rate available – please contact us to discuss.
Welcome pack available on request – this could include water, beer, wine, bread, butter, milk.
Changeover Day
The house will be available on day of arrival from 4pm and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure. This can be flexible depending on other bookings.
BOOKING NOTES
A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your stay. A security bond of £100 per week is required, to be paid with your balance, which will be returned to you once the house has been checked and providing there is no damage.
Should you have to cancel your booking the 25% deposit is non-refundable unless the property is re-let for the time you had booked.
